Nb 4000 is a heat transfer fluid design for cooling electrical components, low toxicity and environmentally friendly. Typical low conductivity and high dielectric strength are required while low viscosity and high thermal conductivity are preferred in order to have high heat transfer.

Material Compatibility

The Nb 4000 Immersion Fluid the compatibility of the dielectric heat transfer fluid with construction materials needs to be evaluated for an application. In general, the Nb 4000 has been compatible with hose, tubing, seal, gaskets, thermal interface material, plastics, thermal insulation, used in electronics and lubrication systems
